Keyworker options

The shortage of affordable accommodation for London's essential workers is one of the biggest problems for keyworkers seeking work in the capital.

The keyworker scheme, a partnership between housing providers, employers, local authorities and private developers, aims to provide more affordable homes for public service workers.

The rent for keyworkers is at least 20% lower than rental market rates. There is income and occupational eligibility criteria that has to be met, however this may differ depending on where the property is located and the conditions placed upon us by our funders.
