Environmental and social sustainability is fundamental to our vision to make London a city of opportunity for all. We only build homes that have a long-term future. We build with durability in mind. This sustainability reduces damage to the environment and also brings social benefits to the new communities our homes create.
As well as providing much needed social and affordable housing, we work with a range of public and charitable organisations to deliver a range of community projects: from helping older people to live independently, to providing accredited IT and basic skills courses to disadvantaged groups and individuals to help gain employment.
